Kasia is an amazing Instructor. I have been working with her for over 15 years. I have tried different Pilates classes, but hers are the best. She pays attention to what your body needs and adjusts her instructions accordingly. I HIGHLY recommend her, especially for anyone who is experiencing pain in the joints. Her instructions are gentle on the body, while focusing on strengthening the core.
Kasia Malec works with individuals of all shapes, size and experience, from seniors to new parents, competitive athletes, special-needs children and employees in the workplace. She is a CanSTAT-certified Alexander Teacher and professional dancer with more than 20 years of dance and movement training.
Her studies have included Classical Ballet, Kniaseff Floor-Barre, Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Pilates, Yoga, Fitness and American Sign Language. She has been teaching since 1989, primarily in New York City, Toronto and Montreal. Alexander is an essential part of Kasia’s ongoing development as a teacher and international performing artist who has worked in Television, music and dance.
